Award at MTs M 11 Dengok Paciran Lamongan

MTs M 11 Dengok   Diana, my sister, finally graduated from her Junior High School at MTs M 11 Dengok, Kandang Semangkon, a village in Paciran, Lamongan, East Java. It was a great happines for her. She was awarded by the school as the second best student and was given a trophy and a certificate. Diana's mark for her final exams is 36.

My mother is happy with this. But there is one thing that makes my her frown: the first best student's mark seems to be lower than Diana. His mark is 34. Many of Diana's friends and teachers are surprised at the decision of Pak Miftakhul Ma'ayis, the vice-headmaster(the headmaster was sick so he ask his vice to be in charge of the school).

That student -- who was awarded the best student -- is, in fact, Pak Miftakhul Ma'ayis' relative. I suspect that there is sort of cheating here. All Diana's friends and teachers know that my sister's mark has been good since her first year, but the question is why she was in the second place of this award.

If any of the school staff or teachers of MTs M 11 Dengok happen to find my blog and read this post, you'd better fix the school's mistakes and ask the headmaster to confirm this decision
