Speaking in ESA

English student Association

English Student Association (ESA) at Ronggolawe University invited me to speak in a committee selection program this morning. I spoke about the importance of English and how Ronggolawe University students can gain their motivation in learning English and so they can study English more effectively. More than 20 people attended the program. Suharmono, the president of ESA, also spoke in front of the candidate of the committe, allowing them to ask questions concerning ESA's work at the university.

All students were so enthusiastic. It made me feel comfortable during the process of the speech, which ran about 45 minutes. Unfortunately I only had 30 minutes to talk as the time was so limited and with that short time I had to optimize the material. Many students asked questions. One of the members that I noticed is a student from NTT named Leopolto because he is the darkest one. I love his simplicity though.

In the next 11 moths, ESA will hopefully improve its performance.  With Susantio (who is still in the 3thd semester and going to be inaugurated next month) as the would-be president, ESA then has broken the record of the youngest chief at Ronggolawe University.
